1 - Purpose and quality of data controller
The Company ensures that it only collects and processes data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. The use of the data collected is strictly necessary for the execution of the orders or falls under the legitimate interest of the Company. The surname, first name, address, telephone number and email address of the Customer are essential for the execution of an order. They are collected directly from the Customer when ordering. In the event of the Customer's refusal to communicate this personal data, the Company will not be able to conclude the requested order and provide the services concerned.
The Company may use the data of its customers for commercial prospecting purposes by electronic means, by telephone or by SMS for offers of products or services similar to those subscribed by the Customer; for other offers of products and services, they will be sent electronically with the Customer's agreement.
If he accepts it, the Client may also be the subject of profiling for advertising purposes. At any time, he may then oppose it by exercising his right of opposition at the address mentioned below and the Company will then no longer be able to offer personalized services or targeted promotional offers to the Client.
2 - The duration of the conversation
Personal data is kept for the duration necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned above and in view of the prescriptions in force and the legal obligations of data retention.
In particular (and subject to subsequent modification of limitation periods and/or specific statutory retention obligations)
- With regard to processing relating to the execution of orders, the Customer's personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship (and, in archiving, for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations to retain order data entered into by electronically and accounting documents).
- Customer data used for commercial prospecting purposes may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship (for example, from a purchase or the last contact from the Customer).
- Personal data relating to a non-customer prospect are kept for a period of three years from their collection or the last contact from the prospect - for example, a request for documentation or a click on a hypertext link contained in an email.
3 - Recipients or categories of data recipients
The data processed is intended for the internal services of the Company. For the performance of its obligations, the Company may also call on and transmit Customer data to service provider companies or subcontractors or partners, to financial and postal establishments, to third parties authorized by virtue of a legal provision. or regulatory. The Company undertakes to transmit the personal data of the Customers only after verification of compliance with the regulatory provisions relating to the protection of personal data, of the processing by the recipient of the transferred data.
Furthermore, in the event that the Company or part of its assets are transmitted to a third party, in particular by succession, sale, merger, transformation of the fund, the personal data of the Customers may be transmitted to said third party, subject to the Customer's consent when required by applicable regulations.
4 - Transfers outside the EU
Certain data may be subject to occasional processing by certain service providers located outside the European Union if the processing is necessary for the execution of an order. If necessary, the transfer will only take place with a service provider, established in a country justifying an adequate level of protection of personal data at the end of the official “Adequacy Decision” of the European Commission. Failing this, the Company undertakes to put in place appropriate guarantees before transferring the Customer's data.
In the absence of an adequacy decision or appropriate guarantees, the Company undertakes to obtain the express written consent of the Client before transferring his data and undertakes to provide him with the best information on the risks associated with the absence of an adequacy decision and appropriate safeguards.
5 - Data Security
The Company takes all appropriate and necessary physical, technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data processed, in particular to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing it.
6 - Rights of persons and DPO contact details
The Customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition, portability, erasure and limitation concerning his personal data, as well as the right to define directives relating to the way in which the Customer wishes these rights are exercised after his death, under the conditions provided for by the regulations, in particular law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms as amended.

8 - Business prospecting by phone
