What are the prices of posters published by Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) ?
Prices depend on the choice of poster format. Each format is printed on very high quality 300g paper. Only posters in the 60 x 80 and 61 x 91 cm formats are available in limited and numbered editions of up to 200 copies.

Is the BGM Affiches de collection logo, visible on the photos of the posters, present on the posters sent ?
The BGM Affiches de collection logo, which appears on the site and on the posters, serves as protection against unauthorized copying. It is not printed on the final posters.
How to maintain the posters published by Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) ?
Posters are objects to be handled with care. Having clean, non-wet hands is highly recommended for handling. We print on high quality support (see BGM Quality page), designed to last over time with its UltraChrome HDX inks. However, it is important to know that paper is a fragile material that must be protected from sources of excessive heat (radiator, fireplace, lamp, etc.) and from humidity so close to a water point (shower, washbasin, etc.), as well as direct sunlight so as not to distort the colors or alter its condition. We advise you to choose a location that takes these parameters into account. For optimum conservation, it is also advisable to frame them or have them framed. Protected by a plate of glass or plexigass, they will then reveal all their splendour. When handling, be careful not to put your hands, if you do not have gloves, or put any object or anything else directly on the printed side. You will be able to remove the dust by gently passing a clean microfiber cloth to clean your frame. Never use solvent or abrasive products.

Either in a physical point of sale. For the moment, only the Bibliopuces bookstore, 105 rue de la République in Rochefort (17300) offers BGM Affiches de collection posters for sale.
Can I make a purchase with my bank card in complete safety on your site ?
Bank transactions are made via a PayPal payment module. Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) never has access to your bank details. The debit is made at the time of confirmation of your order. A confirmation message is then sent to you.
I do not want to make my purchase with my bank card. What other solution do you suggest ?
Purchases on our website can only be made with bank cards compatible with the PayPal payment system (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). If you wish to pay other than by credit card, we invite you to contact us.
I just received my order and finally want to exchange it or get a refund. Is it possible ?
The posters offered on the website www.bgm-affiches.com are unique, numbered, personalized and produced on demand. Consequently, the customer who receives his order cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in the provisions of article L121-20-2 of the French consumer code. The posters ordered will not be taken back, refunded or exchanged, except for the application of the guarantee on quality defects (see « Terms and conditions of use » accessible from the home page). In the case of non-personalized products, the customer has the possibility within 7 (seven) working days, from the date of receipt, to return the products without justifying the motivation. The products must be returned at the customer's expense to the address that Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) will communicate. They must be in their original condition, complete, clean, undamaged and in their original packaging. Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) will systematically refuse reimbursement for any return that does not meet these criteria. No cash on delivery returns will be accepted. After receipt of the returned product(s) and checked by Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection), the customer will be reimbursed by check or bank transfer within 45 days from the date of receipt. However, we invite you to contact us before any return.
I would like to offer one of your posters. Can the person who receives it exchange it if they wish ?

Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be delivered ?
The indicative delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from the confirmation of your order for delivery in mainland France. This time includes the stages of making, preparing, shipping and transporting your order until it arrives at the place of delivery. This period will generally be shorter, but may also vary and exceptionally be extended for reasons beyond our control, because Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) entrusts the printing to an external service provider and is dependent on its schedules, days of opening, holidays or possible interruption of work. You will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been dispatched and can consult the status of it from your customer account on our website, section « My orders ».
What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery costs vary according to formats, quantities, delivery method and destination. Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) uses the transport services of La Poste and sends orders by Colissimo with tracking against signature, see the « Delivery » accessible from the home page.
Can I have it delivered to an address other than my home address ?
You can choose to have your order delivered wherever you wish : to your home, place of work or to a third party. Please check the access conditions for the address indicated. Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to open the package in the presence of the delivery person to check and note the good condition of the product(s) delivered. If you have mandated a third party to receive your order, it is your responsibility and in your interest to inform them and make them aware of this procedure, see « Terms and conditions of use » accessible from the home page.
Is it possible to change my delivery address after finalizing my order ?
Once your order has been registered, it is impossible to change the delivery address. However, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible in order to study the possibilities of responding to your request.
Is it possible to order and have it delivered in another country or in the DOM-TOM ?
The website www.bgm-affiches.com is currently functional only in metropolitan France. However, we invite you to contact us to study any request from abroad and establish an estimate.
How are my posters shipped ? Are they well protected for transport ? How to receive my order in the best way ?
Given the dimensions of the posters you order, make sure that it is possible to send your package to the address indicated. Our posters are very carefully prepared and packed with a reinforced packaging system. This provides optimal protection against shocks, handling and other transport-related inconveniences. Each format benefits from packaging adapted to its dimensions. Upon receipt of your order, it is necessary to open your package in the presence of the delivery person in order to check the good condition of the products. You should only sign the delivery note after checking that the status of your order is correct. If you notice an anomaly, you must indicate it on the slip without signing it and give your package to the delivery person. You must then contact us the same day, by e-mail (contact@bgm-affiches.com) or by telephone (+33 6 68 43 20 06). Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) will unfortunately not be able to accept any complaint if the delivery note has been signed, including with an additional indication « subject to… » which has no value. No action could then be taken with the carrier or the logistician.
After-sales service
Can I know where the delivery of my order is ?
You can check the status of your order at any time from your customer account on our website, under « My orders ». You receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been dispatched.
Can I have access to my invoice?
After making a purchase on our site, you automatically receive your invoice by e-mail. You can also view and print your invoices at any time on our website by logging into your customer account, under « My orders ».
What should I do if my package does not correspond to my order, if the poster(s) is/are damaged ?
In the case of a delivery not conforming to the order, apart from a quality defect, the customer has a right of return. He must then contact us by telephone or e-mail within 3 (three) working days maximum after receipt of the delivery. After having been able to note the non-compliance of the delivery, Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) will organize the return and the delivery of the initial order. The costs of recovery, transport and delivery will be borne by Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection). For all non-compliant products delivered in terms of quality, the customer must contact us by e-mail (contact@bgm-affiches.com) or by telephone (+33 6 68 43 20 06) during the day. After having been able to note the non-compliance of the delivery, Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) will organize the recovery and delivery of a replacement product. If the product is no longer available in stock, Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection) will offer the customer an alternative at an equivalent price. The costs of resumption of transport and delivery will be borne by Sebae Design (BGM Affiches de collection).
In the case of a damaged poster : All our posters are scrupulously checked before sending. If these arrive damaged, it is because the package was very badly abused during transport. It is your responsibility to check the status of your package, to check the status of your order. If you notice an anomaly, a degradation, a defect which calls into question the quality of the products, you must imperatively refuse the delivery and especially not sign the delivery note. Give the parcel(s) to the delivery person, indicating the reasons for your refusal, and contact us the same day by e-mail or telephone.
