Terms of delivery (01/03/2022)

SEBAE DESIGN has implemented logistics solutions to meet the expectations of these customers and the characteristics of its products. However, if you have a special request, contact us.

General

- Sebae Design products are made on demand.
- Depending on the product and format, the manufacturing time varies from 7 to 30 days and the delivery time from 2 to 4 weeks.
- An e-mail is sent to inform of the shipment of the order.
- Sebae Design delivers its products in Metropolitan France only, including Corsica.
- The order of several products is shipped in a single shipment. The format of the largest product determines the delivery conditions.
- For orders of several products, a flat-rate supplement per format and per model is automatically added to the delivery price. It is the same for the supplement of a delivery in Corsica.
- Some formats have large dimensions. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the conditions of access to the place of delivery are adapted (see CGV).
- The delivery methods are offered to the customer during the ordering process.
- For orders over 5 products, Sebae Design will study a special proposal.

Delivery method

Sebae Design uses the transport services of La Poste and sends orders by Colissimo with tracking against signature.
Sebae Design informs the customer by e-mail of the shipment of the order. The customer has the possibility of following his parcel because of the tracking number that Sebae Design will communicate to him after the support by La Poste.

Receipt of delivery

For your satisfaction, we insist on the conditions of receipt of your order :
- Upon receipt of your order, it is the customer's responsibility to open the package in the presence of the delivery person to check and note the good condition of the product(s) delivered.
- If you have mandated a third party to receive the goods, it is your responsibility and your interest to inform them and make them aware of this procedure.
- During the control of the products, if you notice an anomaly, a degradation, a defect which calls into question the quality of the products, you must imperatively refuse the delivery and especially not to sign the delivery note.
- Give the parcel(s) to the delivery person, indicating the reasons for your refusal, and contact us the same day by e-mail or telephone.
- Sebae Design will unfortunately not be able to accept any complaint if the delivery note has been signed, including with an additional indication "subject to" which has no value. No action could then be taken with the carrier or the logistician.
